Mr. Pablo, 74 years old, from Mexico, half a year ago, because of gastrointestinal tract discomfort symptoms and progressive aggravation, pain radiation to the waist and back, was diagnosed as pancreatic cancer in the local hospital, because the tumour involved blood vessels, which is not suitable for surgery, chemoembolisation.
