Focused Ultrasound Technology Gains Recognition Across Southeast Asia

On October 19, 2025, Haifu Technology’s International Business Division and Training Center were invited to participate in the “Belt and Road” Training Program on Cancer Registration and Comprehensive Prevention and Control held in Kunming, China. The event, organized by the Yunnan International Economic and Technical Exchange Center, brought together nearly 30 senior health officials and medical experts from Thailand, Nepal, Laos, and other Southeast Asian countries to strengthen international collaboration in cancer prevention and treatment.

During the training, Ms. He Min, Director of Haifu Training Center, presented clinical evidence highlighting the safety and efficacy of focused ultrasound ablation (FUA) in treating benign and malignant tumors. Deputy Director Mr. Wang Xi demonstrated the principle of focused ultrasound through live device operation and animal tissue experiments, vividly illustrating how ultrasound energy can precisely ablate target lesions without damaging surrounding tissues.

The on-site demonstrations and hands-on experience impressed participants, with many expressing strong interest in introducing Haifu’s non-invasive technology to their home countries. Mr. Yu Jingpei, from Haifu’s International Business Division, engaged in in-depth discussions on device introduction procedures, technical cooperation, and long-term maintenance support, paving the way for future partnerships.

Conducted entirely in English, the program featured immersive demonstrations and interactive exchanges, earning high praise from organizers and participants alike. The event not only enhanced Southeast Asian countries’ understanding of China’s leading non-invasive medical innovations but also laid a solid foundation for long-term cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.

Looking ahead, Haifu Technology will continue to drive global adoption of Chinese-origin non-invasive medical technologies, enabling more patients worldwide to benefit from precise, safe, and organ-preserving treatments—contributing to the shared goal of building a global community of health for all.
