The 1st Rajavithi Hospital HIFU Scientific Meeting &  Workshop was successfully held on March 2, 2026, bringing together more than 80 healthcare professionals from Rajavithi Hospital and neighboring medical institutions for three days of intensive clinical training in High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU).

Led by Professor He Min and a multidisciplinary team from Chongqing Haifu Hospital, the program combined lectures with hands-on training covering HIFU system operation, clinical applications for uterine fibroids and adenomyosis, MRI evaluation, nursing protocols, and simulated treatment procedures.

Participants gained deeper insight into the safety, precision, and organ-preserving advantages of  HIFU technology, while exchanging clinical experience with experts from China. The workshop also strengthened collaboration between the two institutions and laid the foundation for expanding HIFU services in Thailand.

As a leading non-invasive treatment technology, HIFU enables effective therapy without incisions while preserving organs and supporting faster recovery. Its growing adoption at Rajavithi Hospital reflects a shared commitment to improving women's healthcare and bringing advanced, fertility-preserving treatment options to more patients across Thailand.
